John Boles President, Boles Construction - Vail CO

Boles Construction is pleased to have been associated with Swanepoel Painting for the last several years. We have used them on all types and sizes of projects with excellent results. In addition, we have used the Vintage Woods ( products on several of our projects and found it to be superior to similar products or to reclaimed material in both cost and durability. We do not hesitate to ask them to bid all of our work and look forward to a long relationship.

In the course of working with Swanepoel Painting over the past fourteen years, we have been fortunate to experience innovation, creativity and diligence directly alongside our greatest priority, which is quality. When we rightly believe that their most recent finish solutions were remarkable, Swanepoel Painting surprises us with further, creative ventures into painting, finishing and plastering. We have learned to rely upon Swanepoel Painting’s many positive attributes, and whenever possible, prefer this highly professional group to be partners with us for our demanding clientele.

Michael & Terry Lowe Homeowners, - Beaver Creek CO

We are very pleased with the artistry of the finishes achieved on our new home by Swanepoel Painting, Inc. and Vintage Woods (, and the professionalism of the service personnel. The painting process is elevated several notches when you are dealing with Nick Swanepoel because he is a true artisan. No longer are you simply picking a paint color, but you are entering into a creative process that will transform your cabinets into furniture, your walls into a cozy backdrop, and add many unique details that will set your home apart from the ordinary. We did not want our home to scream “new house”, but rather, we wanted it to have an old world charm that was inviting. Nick Swanepoel’s Vintage Woods ( process provided an exterior wood patina that achieved this result while blending perfectly with the aging copper accents and stone facade. We were extremely happy to be able to achieve this result without having to purchase authentic reclaimed woods. Lastly, we also contracted Nick Swanepoel to remodel a master bathroom that just “didn’t feel right”. I wanted an elegantly calm bathroom and that is what I got. The walls were repainted using Nick’s techniques that usually require several coats of odd paint colors that end up adding dimension and depth to an otherwise boring wall. The cabinets and trim-work were calmed down with a rich paint product that converted the room to a spa-like sanctuary. Warning: Do not watch this process as it will scare you midstream. We can earnestly recommend Nick Swanepoel Painting, Inc. to beautify your next project.
