My wife and I bought our home in Cordillera in 2003 and immediately embarked on a relatively modest remodeling project before we moved in during 2004. It was during that remodeling project that we met Nick Swanepoel and his very talented staff. Nick’s staff did all of the painting (including the specialty work) required for the remodeling project. They did a magnificent job! Since then, we have continued to use Swanepoel Painting for small and larger maintenance jobs. Nick keeps close tabs on our house as we are not full time residents, and advises us when he thinks certain things need to be taken care of. He is very practical in this role and is not over zealous to generate work for his Company. Our windows have aluminum exterior frames that were starting to fade. Nick and his people figured out an ingenious way to protect the windows and repaint the frames with cans of spray paint for which they looked long and hard before finding the exact match. I could give you even more positive stories about Nick and his company, but I will stop here. I will, however, highly recommend Nick and Swanepoel Painting to anyone for ANY painting needs that they may have.
